Our team of travel experts are constantly looking at ways to enhance and improve your trvllr. experience. Most of our customers travel frequently, either for work or pleasure, and what better way to show our gratitude than with our loyalty rewards program included in your membership?
We appreciate your business however big or small. But the more you use our services, the more you'll stand to earn with trvllr. We are building-in certain membership thresholds which once reached or surpassed, will trigger free data rewards as part of our loyalty rewards program.
We work with many businesses within the travel industry. Some are for our own benefit such as our data partners, and some are for your benefit. From time to time these businesses will provide special offers on their services which we will pass onto you.
Sometimes we will launch programs or promotions which will either entail discount codes for data consumed in specific regions to coincide with special events, such as the World Cup etc. Simply apply the code and enjoy the new discounted rates.
We understand that everyone has different travel needs and preferences. That's why we keep our services simple. Believe it or not, our flat rate services cater for more types of traveller than bundled or pooled data packages.
When you download our eSIM, you get a trvllr. wallet. This wallet is topped up by you and can be used to get connected anywhere in the world. Your balance is always there for you to spend, but as a member, we ask that you always maintain a minimum of £1.00 in your wallet which will be deducted every month from your available balance.
As with our commitment to simplicity, there are no contracts. Simply sign up, top up your account and maintain the minimum balance and we'll do the rest. If your balance falls below the minimum for 2 consecutive months, we will cancel your membership and you will need to sign up again. Your eSIM and wallet will still be fully functional to you.
As of Jan 2025, this premium level of membership is currently being explored and will include discounted or free airport lounge access, discounted car hire or other equally appropriate benefits. This service will incur a higher monthly premium or a minimum amount of data to be consumed in a set period, but watch this space for updates.
