Avoid paying International Data Roaming Charges

Unless your primary sim provider offers cost effective roaming solutions, we suggest that in order to avoid international data roaming charges, you turn off your data roaming before you travel. To do this on an Apple device follow these steps:

Settings > Mobile Service

Scroll down to SIMs and select your primary sim provider

Scroll down to Data Roaming and turn it off.

For older Apple devices, or if you have trouble with the above, visit the Apple website.

As with Apple devices, unless your primary sim provider offers cost effective roaming solutions, we suggest that in order to avoid paying higher international data roaming charges, you turn off your data roaming before you travel.  For Android devices follow these steps:

Settings > Connections

Scroll down to Mobile networks

Select your primary sim provider and turn roaming off.

For trouble shooting or if you cannot see the above on your device, visit your phone manufacturers website.
