How to install and set up trvllr. eSIM

Create your account by entering your details into the Log-in portal. You can either do this from your phone (easier) or a browser.

This will generate a 6 digit code which will be emailed to you. Simply copy the code, return to the portal and Enter it into the Space provided.

Once your account is active, you can log-in and add your first funds to your trvllr. account.  All op ups carry a minimum of $10.00. Once you have done this you will see your balance reflecting in your account, minus $1.00 which covers the cost of the eSIM itself.  

Your account balance is separate from your eSIM data. This allows you to allocate data from your Balance to multiple eSIM's. You can add all or some of your Balance to your new eSIM and the app will automatically tell you how much Data you can allocate depending upon your location. Follow the instructions and add your data to your eSIM. 

Once you have added your data, your eSIM widget will appear in the top left of your trvllr. app. Home screen. Select it, and a drop down window will open. This will show you your eSIM QR code and your options for installation. Depending upon your phone type, you have a few options open to you. 

If you are using a desktop, you can scan the QR code. If you are using your phone or iPad, you can click the "install eSIM on iPhone" button, and follow the instructions on your phone. You can also share the QR code to another device or yourself if you need to.

2. Network & Internet (or Connections on Samsung)
3. SIMs / Mobile network
4. Add eSIM
5. Choose Enter activation code / Enter code manually
